About Ordering E-Blasts
E-Blasts are custom html pages used to email out individual announcements for upcoming events or special promotions. Each e-blast delivers a focused message that the advertiser wishes to publish to our list of email subscribers. Click here to view our gallery of past e-blasts.
Email subscribers are different from our online membership. An email subscriber may join our list without signing up on our site. Likewise, site members may choose to join our list during registration.
- Pricing: $150 for the 1st e-blast, plus $50 per each additional reminder e-blast of the same announcement
- List Size: Los Angeles 22,000+ / Atlanta 3,500+ (as of September 1, 2011)
- Audience: 86% African American; 11% Latino; 2% White; 1% Other
- Age Median: 25-55
- Types: Active event participants - Entrepreneurs, Corporate Executives, Elected Official, Government Agencies, Nonprofits, Churches, Retirees & Volunteers
How to order an E-Blast(s):
1) Email your request to

- Send a PDF or JPG of your event flyer, invite and/or photos
- Any additional text you would like included with your flyer/images
- Indicate the number of e-blasts you wish to have sent out
- Include your name and contact information
2) Once your request is received:
- An email will be sent back with confirmation
- Set up of your e-blast will be sent back within 1 business day (most times it's within 1 hour)
3) Once approval is granted, we will submit an invoice for payment.
- Payment must be made in advance via Paypal or credit card.
- Credit card payments can be made by filling out the credit card form on the invoice.
- Fax form back to 323-988-7290
- Once payment has been made, the e-blasts are scheduled.
- Most times the first one can go out within the hour if necessary.
- Payments by check is also available, but payment must be received before the e-blast can be sent out unless prior arrangements have been made.
4) Graphic Design services are available for a flat fee of $150 per flyer.
- If you order 3 or more e-blasts, $50 will be discounted from the total package rate.
